The line I had marked on that page is Haanel’s, quoted in a chapter before I went full-time with a new company in 2020.

Much of the work after that photo happened in meeting room. I sat with teams and many times with the management, to brainstorm and then present analysis and ideas about the technology and or about the marketing. We were looking for the change that would improve the KPIs.

The chapter indicates that contact into creative silence and it places the attention in the inner life. That is the part that I can relate to with the meetings. A KPI can confirm a technology change or a marketing move once the idea is specific enough to build or to run. The room with the teams was where that idea had to stand up. The line says the power to shape it arrives earlier, when the individual mind is quiet enough and what I understood was to meet something larger than the current analysis. Just like in the meeting presentations – I would settle the facts first then present the idea to improve. The number told us whether it held.

By 2022 the valuation had moved from about $4 million to nearly $4 billion.

The idea I am keeping is one line. When the individual mind touches the Universal Mind, it receives all the power it requires to manifest.

William Gladstone, Richard Greninger, and John Selby wrote Tapping the Source as a way into Charles Haanel’s Master Key System. The subtitle on the cover is Using the Master Key System for Abundance and Happiness. Chapter 8 is “Entering into Creative Silence.”
