We spend a lot of energy predicting how things will go. But we can't know until we live it. Worry is rehearsing an ending that hasn't happened yet, and action is how you find out. There are two realities at work. The horizontal one is the physical world, where showing up happens. The vertical one is awareness, the connection that lets you trust what you can't see yet. What happens next isn't mine to control. Showing up is. Act on the horizontal, trust the vertical.
