When something punctures the day, the first impulse is to stop. A delay, a break in the plan, a stretch that will not hold. Progress feels broken.
But slower is not the same as stopped. The road is still there. You can keep going, even when the pace changes.
What matters is that you do not leave yourself on the shoulder. Keep moving, and the day still counts — the same way something opens when we stay with it.
